PLS be informed that this feature work till Android 5.x and has delay in image streaming approx 4-5 sec

Setup streaming in EasyCap Viewer application

Install latest version of EasyCap Viewer application
Open EasyCap app
Tap on video screen, Menu -> Preferences
Scroll to section "STREAMING SETTINGS"
Enable Streaming checkbox
Change destination port if you wanna (5004 by default)
Change destination ip if you wanna (127.0.0.1 by default) Make sure that here you specifying destination IP, this mean IP of device where you will capture stream (By VLC/DroidTower or any another app). If you wanna capture stream on the same Android device, specify 127.0.0.1
Press Back button and Apply changes

Setup DroidTower app

Install Tower
Navigate to Settings -> User Interface
Click on Widgets Preferences
Enable the Video widget and click on the gear icon
Go back to the flight screen, and connect to your vehicle. If configured correctly, the video widget will start displaying the custom video stream!

VLC test
Open EasyCap app
Tap on video screen, Menu -> Preferences
Scroll to section "STREAMING SETTINGS"
Tap on Share SDP config
You can save it locally to capture stream on device or send it to desktop and use desktop VLC
Open SDP file in VLC
To save locally you should have any file manager for example Total Commander
